Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 6:00 p.m.
Celebrate with the Poudre Learning Center Foundation as we unveil the PLC’s newest educational amenity! The long-awaited Bond Outdoor Classroom will give K–12 students an engaging place to learn how Colorado manages its most precious resource: water. Students will follow water’s journey from snowmelt and conveyance through use, preservation, protection, and stewardship.
The Patio is proudly named in honor of Dr. Richard “Dick” Bond, a zoologist whose passion and leadership helped advance education and protect natural resources for more than 50 years in Greeley and throughout Colorado’s Northern Front Range. Dr. Bond and the Bond family have been steadfast friends and generous supporters of the Poudre Learning Center since its earliest days.
